Its fairly new tech, people will be satisfied as long as it works.
I have the impression that the plug and play concept of Sony may give them the edge, but who knows.
Edit: VR should be compatible with more than games, if you really want the tech to take off. So the TV and movie industry will have a lot of saying in this.
