Some facts about Wiifit:

1. There are several exercises that do not use the wii board and the wii remote
2. There is one exercise that needs both the wiiboard and the combination of the wiimote and nunchuk
3. There are three exercises that you can do while watching tv, or video being aided solely by the wiimote speaker
4. You do feel muscles strain and possibly even sweat
5. Some exercises require a really open space
6. If you accidentally jump while on wiiboard it detects it and stops automatically, taking you back from the beginning of the exercise
7. WiiFit age is not presented as well as Bmi and weight
8. The statistical progress charts are presented really well forcing you to set goals
9. It does not use polite words to describe you, it will call you obese or overweight if you are. So, please do accept what you are before buying Wiifit
10. As you are running in the Wiifit island you'll have wii friends that you know running with you, waving at you and even falling carelessly down as they are looking at you while running.
