The Hori Pokken Controller is coming on west on March 18th, does that mean the game will too ?

Pokken is releasing on Japan on March 18th, but we have no release date for the west, except a vague "Spring". But now we know the controller Hori has made specifically for Pokken is coming on the west the 18th too :

Does that mean the game is coming the same day ?
