No thanks. I always thought the WiiMote was gimmicky and while I was happy that it was a success for Nintendo I never liked the idea of having to waive my arms around when I game. I played Wii Sports with friends and family who owned Wii's and this game was what really cemented my dislike for motion controls. To me, motion controls were synonymous with a shallow gaming experience that was more focused on getting the gamer to be physically active than to actually create a meaningful and intricate game world.
the Wii was the only Nintendo home console that I didn't buy since before the N64 and the WiiMote is the big reason why I still haven't played Metroid Prime 3 or Mario Galaxy on the Wii U eShop. I should probably have more of an open mind and at least give these games a try, though... Maybe the WiiMote's implementation in games like Metroid and Mario is less gimmicky then what it was in the casual games.
