They can be used for VC games from the NES up to the WiiU. THey are expandable. The Wiimote is still in the top 100 of Amazons ranking of anything videogame. Has been since 2007. I would expect they will continue the use of them for the next gen too, as they have to make good profit off them and I'm sure by now they have sold 500 million of them. They just might be the most durable and reliable consumer electronic ever made. Anyone can use them and they should be in the museum of inventions. One bad mark is that they have probably caused more broken living room items in the history of living rooms...long live the Wiimote! |
