I really didn't like how Fin was able to roll with Kylo Ren for so long after a Storm Trooper was able to out-duel Fin while Fin was brandishing a lightsaber. Then Rey wad able to school him as well. With zero force training, and no lightsaber training, although she did have obvious skills with her staff. And yes, Kylo was injured, but still....It seemed like a cop-out. There are certain mythos that SHOULD NOT be tampered with. Like, say, Jedi fuck you up with their lightsabers one-on-one. Liked the movie, but that whole element bothered me a bit.

 

My guess is we're going to find out both of them are Force sensitive in the next movie, with Rey being the most powerful, but I think Kylo Ren is going to go crazy because of his defeat and his fear that Rey is more powerful than him, that will drive him to be all-out nuts in Ep. VIII. 

Ok. There is some leeway there. Some. How about the Fin thing though? Remember when a random rebel soldier was able to hold his own with Darth Vader for 2 minutes? Or how Darth Maul was fought to a standstill by that Gungan in episode 1? Exactly. Please don't read this as agro. Just trying to punctuate my point. Although, again, you made a good one yourself.
