I expect a strong narrative that takes 10 minutes to explain an important story plot, and maybe some innovation on the gameplay, even if it's one simple aspect that changes the entire game. I also expect burly or skinny men wearing skintight suits that leave nothing to the imagination, sprinkled with some fetishes here and there.
