20 bar hops

Rest For 5-10 mins

Do some work on squats, specifically front squats at 135 lbs doing 1 to 2 reps at a time focusing on breathing and form.



I have to mix in some cardio or I'd only lift. Censored face due to modesty.

 

What program would you say you are following? An Olympic Lifting program mostly right?
