But Metroid is more of an exploration game than a shooter. I think Aonuma's "Zelda" team is the perfect match. They can develop both, Zelda and Metroid. It's been 4 years since Skyward sword. That's plenty of time to sneak in a Metroid game while Zelda is in the early dev stage.
