No, at least, not in the style you're suggesting. Dual screens has killed immersion for nearly every game I've been forced to use it for, and while that's not a huge deal for something like Xenoblade or Pikmin, it's a much, much bigger deal with something like Metroid Prime. Metroid Other M was a much worse game for forcing the player to switch between two perspectives.

I'd be interested in seeing what Platinum could do with Metroid in another format, possibly, but I'm not sure they'd be my first pick either.
