I'd have to say when I got my PS3 with Little Big Planet, I was so happy 
I'd first seen the game and the console when i went to my Aunt's house in the South of France, and i remember be and my sister always raced to their PS3 in the morning because we couldn't contain our excitment! When we had to leave we were of course quite upset that we couldn't play the game that we had so much fun with, but when Christmas came a few months after, we ripped the wrapping paper off our presents and found a PS3 with a copy of LBP. Must've been one of my most joyful moments :P
