People buy the games they are interested in, which typically leads them to have fun with the games they bought, which leads them to post good things. Basically, miiverse is very biased and in general, positive with each game.
Reviewers, on the other hand, are more objective. They play a game regardless of whether a game suits their interest, and they grade it accordingly.
In short, you shouldn't really care much about miiverse reception
