YEs, this game is perfect for the wii. If it went to the ps3 they would whore it off with HD GRAFIX and make it have CG cutscenes, which would ruin the game.

how would that ruin the game? 0.o

Also, the HD graphics will allow for just in game engine cinematics, but in my opinion nothing beats a CG action sequence, it simply can't be done via gameplay to give the same impact of awesomeness that CG can, of course it's got to be done appropriately with a touch of moderation.

The hd graphics would be the main focus of the game like many other sequels to old games. They will work on that ,but forget about everything else. The game wasn't meant for that. There are countless games that got ruined because of this gens graphics and "matureness". Bomberman, and Fallout 3( if it is an oblivion clone) are both examples. The game didn't have CG back then and the sequel shouldn't either.

Skies of arcadia was a dreamcast port, thats why it didn't have GC graphics.

Anyways, why are you so apposed to having HD graphics for this game?
Don't you think this game deserves to look great?

You say their are countless games ruined by next gen graphics but the opposite is true as well, just take Ratchet and clank: tools of destruction, and Burnout: paradise as good examples of this. Also I wouldn't be as harsh on fallout 3 as your being as at the moment we don't really know much on how the game plays untill at least a demo comes out, I mean you could be hating on the game now and then once you try it you could fall in love with it, so lets at least give the devs a chance and see how fallout turns out.

The dreamcast was highly capable of FMV. I don't know where you think I'm complaining about the graphics not being Gamecube at.

It's more of the older games that seem to be ruined by this imo. It just seems to me that sega has alot to put up with, and if they have to make another hd game, they will have to worry about the graphics too much( because you know games without graphics usually get turned down on the hd consoles) and the gameplay, story, music etc will suffer.

For reference, I'll post the Dreamcast intro below.  If you have some good eyes, you can easily spot the updates in the Gamecube version.  So they did update the graphics a bit, but they kept the integrity of the design as well.
