I especially hate the ignorant "lazy devs" rationalization. If programmers aren't working on one thing is almost certainly because management wants them to work on something they deem more important.

That's the thing. We are getting a lesser game. The X1 and PS4's versions of the game are over 30x bigger. We're getting a lesser game and expected to pay more for it (yes, I know, texture packs, but if you don't want those texture packs, you shouldn't have to pay for them.)
