Well the trick is getting that 3000TP.  I guess you could stack one of your party member's arts to build that up faster?  Maybe?  Just spitballing there. 

There are also party commands to build TP (R + right during battle), equipment to maximize potential TP, and they rarely (never?) use arts that aren't in their pallete, so if you want to play it conservatively you could have one party member equipped with high TP-building weapons and with no TP-consuming arts in their pallete, at which point revival is likely. Alternatively, ordering the party to build tension will ensure one of them reaches 3k during the 30 second death period: just remember to change your orders if/when you want them to actually fight.
