Good analogy. And it will happen to MS the thing that happened to WWE afterwards. They'll have no prominent competition, they'll try to release the PlayStation name as a separate entity to do some competition and fail, there will be monthly releases of the same game and people will hate it, there will be a couple of franchises the people will fall in love with... and then they'll go all digital and offer their games on a streaming service for $9.99 a month.

 

Yeah. They'll create a glorified indie studio (NXT)which would end up creating better games than the main AAA studios too.
