2. Release parts at a quicker rate. Not have another ff15, waiting 15 years for the game to relase.  They can release part 1 in 2 years, part 2 in a notehr 2, ect.  Sure still i expect slow release, but not like wiating 15 years.



 

While I agree with #1 since milking a franchise is what any game developer does now a days if they have a chance.

#2 I only agree with slightly. Once they get the first game out it will more then likely be a yearly if now a semi-yearly release. The biggest part of making a game is making the engine and art, the rest is just scripting with doesn't take that much time. Once the first one is out the engine is done is out and you have art assets that are almost totally finished, with the exception of enviromental art and NPC's. So I don't see anything larger than a 12-month window between releases.
