You probably didn't met any requirement to get some until July, when it was last updated.
Though the updates are taking so long, I actually didn't get a badge I should because I earned that and the next on the same requirement between that time and I ended up just getting the latter badge and not both.

I saw that the 100 posts badge "Leaving Limbo" doesn't seem to work anymore, but I also didn't got the 1000 posts badge "Littlest Genocide", when the update happened I went straight to the 5000 posts badge "Genocide".

How could I be a genocide without being a littlest genocide first xP

Hmm, I checked your wall and it did say you have that Littlest Genocide badge..

Though it is indeed strange that a lot of badges don't work anymore (or never had worked in the first place) so I think those really need to be fixed or removed..
