It can be a bit difficult since there are so many differnt ways and differnt platforms to game on.
Personally:
Android smart phone for when I am on the go. My wife and sons use an iPhone.
Console when I am at home. Sometimes I use my backwards compatible PS3 on my monitor which is convenient when my wife is watching TV.
While I do have a very powerful PC (Core i7 6700 and yes I know there are more powerfull ones) I am not really into PC gaming.
As for console gaming I prefer my PS3 although I will be getting a PS4 very soon.
