You act as if a "resolution upgrade" is trivial. Most last gen games would hold up against ps4/xbox one games with strong resolution upgrades. That doesn't mean they are close to next gen games.

Yeah, i know this gen is the same shit with more pixels.

But that's the thing, the game looks like a Ps4 game with less resolution, I know the extra power to move it at 1080p is huge but the diference is just resolution, all the post-processing effects, the textures, the framerate, all could be the same in this case because they already look damn good.
