That's what happens when you compare wii u games to ps4 games through claims like "this could pass off as a ps4/xbone game." People disagree with that. More comparisons arise.

Had there been no mention of other consoles in the original topic, I doubt you would see people making these comparisons

And indeed is truth, If Fast Racing Neo and Xenoblade Chronicles X were upgrade to 1080p they would already look like Ps4/Xbo games, not the best looking games of the systems, but they wouldnt look out of place either.

Any last gen game could pass off as next gen with improvements. Just look at GTA V. That doesn't really entitle the ps3 version of GTA V to be comparable to next gen.

I'm not arguing that wii u games look bad. Xeno X, smash, and mario kart 8 look great. But I'm not going to trick myself into thinking they are close to ps4 level graphics when launch games like killzone shadowfall completely outdo them
