It's really hard for me to pick one, honestly.
2012 is probably my least favorite year, unsurprisingly. Although NSMBU, ZombiU and Nintendo Land were worthwhile games.
2013 had Pikmin 3, The Wonderful 101, Super Mario 3D World, Wind Waker HD and Rayman Legends as notable releases.
2014 had Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart 8, Bayonetta 2, Hyrule Warriors, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and Captain Toad. Definitely a great year.
2015 has Kirby & The Rainbow Curse, Splatoon, Super Mario Maker, Fast Racing Neo, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Yoshi's Woolly World, Fatal Frame and Minecraft is about to release.
Ironically, I think I'm gonna have to go with 2015, despite the fact that it's also the year that it had a ton of mediocre/throwaway exclusives. I spent more time with the console this year than any other, and there was a good variety of releases. 2013/2014 were superb as well though.
