Just had an insane leg day on thursday. 405lb squats, 455lb deadlifts and 675lb leg presses all within an hour of eachother. No better feeling in the world than moving heavy weight with bloody shins! I will hit that 500lb deadlift soon! Probably once I dedicate a day towards it.
Once I'm out of uni and settled down I think the coolest thing would be renting out a small building or a basement with my friends and creating our own little gym. One power rack, one platform, one bench, 3 olympic bars, a set of dumb bells up to 150, a bunch of plates and change should be plenty. Throw in a heavy bag too. I think that would be such a cool thing to have
