You really think Isomaniac would not port it to PS4 if they could? Do they really hate money? Of course not. Whatever deal they made its to keep on Xbox. AC Unity did not sell more on XB1 if we exclude bundles. But like I said it was bundled non stop through the holidays until near the middle of this year. Remember VGC counts bundles in software sales. 

MS has tons of support outside of the US. It is pretty much only Japanese support they lack. UBI (France), CDPK (Poland) are just 2 examples of non-US devs/publishers to give marketing to the XB1 in the past year. I cant think of any Western dev that does not fully support the XB1. Most of Sony's exclusives next year are 1st party or Japanese based games (SF5, Star Ocean, Dragon Quest).

Also, it matters not if it was bundled or not. It sold, that's the point... or do you think people buy the bundle to ditch the game?

And I mean support as in "they don't market to those regions" as some people have pointed out. Even last gen, Europe was more or less the same as today...
