2. Something that is an imitation of something else.

3. A theft.

4. An act of exploitation.

Captain Toad is not an explotation, nor an overpriced product, nor a poor quality game, nor a theft, nor an imitation. You are using a word with a widely bad connotation on purpuse just to defend Star Fox, Captain Toad was a very high quality product that expanded a good idea that was barely a minigame with 6 levels on 3Dworld into a way more complex and long game with tons of elements that were not there before and turned a secondary character into a main character. Is just a spin off. And the fact that the game was an expansion of a previous concept does not make it cheaper, by that logic Star Fox Zero would be way cheaper since it is way more heavily based on Star Fox 64 than Captain Toad Treasure Tracker is on 3DWorld.
