Toad It's cheap because it's rip off from Mario 3D World and have very small content and replayability. There is reason why Nintendo priced at $40.

Well it's basically rip off Captain Toad levels from Mario 3D World.

 When you take an element from a game and expand it into a new whole game of its own within the same franchise, thats has been always called spin off. Rip off has a bad connotation that does not makes sense here.
