Evidence and common sense. They've been working on a Wii U game for two years and TPHD is a Wii U game.

Wind waker hd took 6 months. And there has been less work done to updateTwilight princess hd, it doesn't even have new lighting and shadows that WWHD had.

Tantalus have worked for TP HD for a long time, at least since 2014. Stop making rumour by yourself.

Could have been a cancelled project, that got cancelled because nintendo wanted them to make tphd. Tell me how the hell does a retexture and hd upscale take over two years? Unless tantalus is one guy working in his basement.
