Yeah 3DS is waaaay behind the GBA, and that gap would be far larger if the DS didn't already launch cannibalizing GBA sales. 

 

Yeah, and if you are interested, the ovewhelming majority of the gap is in the NA (just like gamecube vs wii u) but it's being counterbalanced considerably by 3DS sales in Japan where 3ds is dominating it!

By the way, PSP was at 53.39m in the same time frame http://vgsales.wikia.com/wiki/2009_fiscal_year
