Incidentally, notice that they use the phrase "dedicated to Super Smash Bros for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U" - I'm assuming that they're saying that any further Smash news will be found inside regular Directs. Otherwise, they wouldn't have specified "dedicated to Super Smash Bros", but instead they would have said "for Super Smash Bros". This is the last "big one".
