Exactly. That and women. It's pretty common knowledge that Star Wars suffers in the african-american and female demographics. The fact that Disney actually went so far as to influence/alter the movie in order to expand it's reach financially sickens me. 

While I agree to an extent... It's a movie at the end of the day. A movie with a purpose. To make money.

If you're a star was fan and you're not seeing the movie because of those reasons, you're just restricting yourself from enjoyment. They're going to make millions billions without you anyway.


Don't make it sound like he is alone in this. Many people share the same opinion and are worried. Will the movie make alot of money? Of course it will! But will it damage the brand and make less in the long term if this movie is a cop-out? Most definitly!
