Swordmasterman said: Sorry guy but i need to Disagree with You, Xbox One, is only leading on Mexico, on Brazil (Where i live) and on Argentina, the numbers are in Favor for Playstation 4, also as a Citzen of one of the 2 Biggest Video Game Markets in Latin America, i have to say that the Numbers Microsoft, Claim are "Official Numbers" While in Brazil, the most numbers of Consoles Sold came From Paraguai, USA, United Kingdom, just to you Know the Official Price of Playstation 4, on Brazil was 1800US$ In Launch, and the Xbox One, official Price was 1200US$ with Kinect, after that it dropped to 800US$ Without Kinect, just in the Last Month the Playstation 4's Official price on Brazil, dropped to 650US$ and Xbox one, Raised to 625US$ after sereval drops of the Price.

Since it seems someone finally read the article, I guess there's no problem with me posting links now...
This has no bearing on what I said though...
Swordmasterman said: The numbers that Microsoft, claim are 2014 Numbers, while the Playstation 4, was Really more than 1800US$ in the Official Market, while you could buy a new Playstation 4 for over 600US$ on Several Non-official sources, the Xbox One, was 1200US$ With Kinect, and was possible to find for 750-850US$ in some Places.
And your point is?
Swordmasterman said: Got it ? you cannot use Official Sources to Claim Sales on Brazil (one of the 2 Biggest markets in Latin America) because from Both Sides the most number of Sales are Via Un-official Sources, the Playstation 4, was more because you could find the Console for 1/3 of the Official Price on Any other place that purchased it from USA, or United Kingdom, I know what are the Most Popular Consoles and Playstation 4, is undoubtedly the Most Popular console on Brazil, he is in Every Youtuber's Standart Console Video, and there Really dont have Any Youtuber Playing Multiplataform games on Xbox One, even the Small ones dont Play on Xbox One, Also in Brazil, Not a Single person know the Xbox's Exclusives, this is either the same with Playstation, to tell the Truth some people dont even know that Consoles have Exclusive Games, here on Brazil.
The link says otherwise and this is not true. While it's true that Mexico and Brazil overshadow all other countries, that only breaks down the charts. Europe itself shuns the XONE but it is still selling decently. It is not as widespread, but sales grow regardless. It is the same for Latin America...
Swordmasterman said: The Major Market Plays Fifa, and GTA, and those games are associated with Playstation's Brand, so when someone think in getting one of those Games they get it on Playstation, instead of Xbox One, because they think that this will run Better on Playstation, also the Casual ones only Play Fifa, and GTA (the most popular franchises over there) on Playstation 4, this means that if you want to Play with your Friends Online, you must buy the Playstation Version, that after Several Generations, here on Brazil the Playstation Brand is constantly associated with Quality, Any Casual Gamers, and the Parents that dont Play Video Game, only Know the Playstation's Brand, because of that most of then Buy Playstation.
The sales say otherwise...
Swordmasterman said: also on the 2000's there Had a boy that Give Away Playstations, for Free in a Television Show, he had Also a Song that Still Popular nowdays, they Released this Song again and in less than 1 Month Reached more than 2.3 Millions of Views, this Television Show also Broadcast Cartoons, and the Huge number of Parents that had Small Kids Knew the Playstation Brand Because of this Song. Here is the Song, there is no 1 Person in Brazil, that dont know this Boy, he was in a Television Show, in one of the 2 Biggest Television Companies of Brazil
That is a refutation exactly how?
At least someone found the article I referred to...
So leaving this here might not be a problem any longer...
PS... Mexico has no import taxes to hamper PS4 sales, yet the XONE still outsold it there, even though it has been PlayStation territory since the PS2, so the Mexico part makes even less sense...
