Does Splat2oon have a Chance at becoming a 10mil Seller Game?

The NX would probably need an install base of 40 million minimum, but more realistically I could see it happening at around 60-70 million. Attach rates go down as console sales go up, so I think 65 million NX's would make Splatoon be able to sell 10 million copies.
