No idea, I just think a few people (and im not pointing anybody out here) will vote for these games coz the general opinion on them is theyre bad, not necessarily coz theyve played them.  I personally think theres far far more deserving games of TOTY than the Order.

I suspect most of the people voting here haven't played the games they are nominating. For example, I myself haven't played Mario Tennis, but I am voting against it on prinicpal because of its lack of content.
