I don't follow. Those licenses were tied to the PS3, and I don't think they ever promised otherwise. I don't expect my Super Nintendo to play NES games, so why should I expect a game to cross generations? It'd be nice, but failing to live up to a promise which wasn't made or apparently even implied is far from getting fingered.
