It's doubling down on the outcome. 'I'm really surprised the XB1 won because it was low on stock' or 'I'm not surprised the PS4 won because the XB1 was low on stock, but NEVER 'congratulations, the PS4 won.' It's always to do with something the XB1 is lacking rather than what the PS4 has done better. Haven't you noticed?
