Yes, but the numbers need to pass the "does this seem right?" test before they get published. All signs pointed to PS4 winning Black Friday. With Infoscout and Amazon both giving the Black Friday win to PS4 there is no way VGC has got the numbers right for North America. Even if they persist with giving Xb one the win for the week, it is not credible that the gap is that large.
Also, I am pretty sure if Greenberg was getting info that Xb one was outselling PS4 by quite a big margin that he wouldn't have done a "hey we all sold well" tweet.
