GTA V was the last "Top 20 games of all time" worthy game, which game will be next?

GTAV was only popular with GTA fans, which there are admittedly a lot of.

However, I don't believe that it is Top 20 material. It's a good, ambitious game... But there are much better games with wider appeal.
