Thanks Nymeria and WC4Life! I quite like the site as well as it helps confirm the areas where I need to work harder. In my case it is chest and shoulders that need to catch up. This isn't a surprise for me as last year I was not allowed to train those press muscles as much seeing as I needed as much shoulder ROM as possible being a baseball pitcher. That's why my legs/core/back are all so far ahead of chest/shoulders.
I am definitely proud of where I have come to but I know that I can surpass these numbers still. I should also clarify that the squat and deadlift PRs were from last March; the rest are current (pretty damn close to breaking those though).
Augen, that is exactly the point! I know I've said it before but since the changes are incremental you yourself will not notice them as much as others do - which is why so many people track to keep inspired and focused. Keep up the good work! You will make it.
Sidenote: Yea those gymnasts are insane! Probably the most impressed I have been is when I watched one (forget who) do an effortless muscle-up on the rings. That was cool
