Why isn't the DS doing as well in America as in Japan or Europe

This isn't a case of the DS doing poor in the US, it's a case of the DS absolutely crushing Japan. The DS has been the number one selling piece of hardware in North America for a while now. It's just that over in Japan it's on an indescribable level.
