its painfully obvious that Sony wanted to have a pricedrop to market against Halo, but also wanted leave some headroom for "Holiday Deals". That is why they went to 349.99. If Halo did not come out in october I bet they save the whole pricedrop to make one big splash.
So basically they have gotten to market a pricedrop 2 times in past 2 months. Smart.
