Just stop... Seriously, just stop. Skyward Sword is amazing, and sorry if motion controls stopped you from even giving it a try (your words), but no. Motion controls are what the game was built from the ground up to use and you would have to gut it of everything that makes it special and not just a small linear LoZ game to take out the motion controls.
