Lately I've been thinking about this, and it could make a lot of sense actually. See, aside from Skyward Sword, Nintendo has already remade/remastered all of the other games with OoT3D, MM3D, WWHD, and now TPHD.
Now, imagine if the NX, whatever it is, ends up having no BC with 3DS/Wii U at all, we would be restricted to only the Virtual Console versions of those games that would eventually be released. If Zelda U actually ends up being cross-platform, that means both WWHD and TPHD can be ported over as well, meaning that if Nintendo decided to make a Zelda collection for the new console, they could simply port all the work they already have, plus port the remade versions of OoT and MM over too, which probably isn't that much difficult anyway.
But then you could think, what's the point? To me at least, it could be a nice way to end the Zelda remakes, and in the process have some enhancements to the already beautiful 3DS remakes as well.
Just imagine OoT3D/MM3D, but in 1080p, like in these shots, for example:

Not only it would look great, but Nintendo could easily add in the uncompressed textures that surely have been kept by Grezzo, so it could look even better!
So, what do you guys think, am I making sense here or just being crazy? xD
