Right so I finished the game about ~3 days ago. I rate it anywhere from a 7 1/2 to a 8/10.
Good:
-Building/crafting
-Gunplay
-1080p sharpness
-"Bethesda" open world
Bad:
-Dialogue wheel
-Glitches
-Frame rate
-Load times
If you ask me it seems the game is stuck somewhere in between 7th and 8th gen.
