I think it makes alot of sense, the padawan training? how doesnt that make sense? also i dont see the dialogues bad, or even the acting, or the story. they are all fine to me. Yes even the famous. I dont like sand, and that. I DONT MIND IT! WHen i watch it, i seriously dont see how people react so bad over it. Its just a dialogue. That people can say. Its possible. Acting wasnt bad at all, Hayden christensen did a great job to perform anakin, as a fuel hatred jedi, who becomes a sith and just unleashes his fears and anger he had inside him, if you are as powerful as him, you would want this. Then as he became darth vader he became much more mature in a way, and became even more bad-ass, thats called AGING. And there were way more emotions imo in the anakin vs obiwan fight than any other. The emotions in both were giving me goosebumps. With the epic music in the background. Also the prequels gave us cool planets. Awsome things. I know alot of greenscreen, but it looked cool. The kamino planet felt real, the only time i noticed there was a green screen kinda was at the jedi temple in episode 3. Utapau, the new weapons, factions etc are awsome.

Specifically the padawan training. As children they are standing really close together wielding lightsabers, blindfolded. The very same lightsabers, that are capable of melting through hardened steel effortlessly. The equivalent today would be children, standing close together, blind folded playing with swords, that are also on fire, and that's still not as dangerous as the padawan training.

Even without the first series of films, this scene is just poorly constructed, they should be spread out if their going to waggle a death beams around while blindfolded. Hell, even if they were gifted with the force, that wouldn't automatically give them the experience on how to use a lightsaber, if it did they wouldn't be in training in the first place.

There was really no need for them to have lightsabers, the most important part of being a Jedi is controlling the force. Shouldn't they be learning the force first?

 

With regards to your other "comments" your just spewing out defense about everything other than what I'm actually talking about...Overdefensive much?

Just because you notice the flaws in something and have criticism of it, doesn't mean you don't like it. And just because something is fine to you doesn't automatically make the people who dislike it mindless haters

I have nothing against when peope dislike. but this is just dumb disliking, that is SAID EVERY TIME on a star wars video. Yeah yeah, you made a joke about how bad the prequels are, just like the 5000 other people ''(quoting on someone elses comment')'' its fun and all, but its very unjustified, im just against all things that are very very unfair. And this is one of the instances. Children who train with lightsabers in a room all have the force. They still need jedi training. If you look at the clone wars series you can see many jedis are taking as babies and discplined from the beginning. They are not mindless kids that just swoosh around the lightsaber, they are learned to have control over it. The blindfolds let them see better, beleive it or not. That is also said in episode 4. They should feel the force flow through them. Also theres a big difference between a galaxy far far away, and the kids on this planet. Lol.

Also those other comments are made in advance so i can explain why i like it so much. Its for a better overall understanding.

Mindless hating i mean, is sometimes true, because as i explained, and even on the title of thread. Prequel ''haters'' take it too far just to FURTHER improve their arguments against people who might defend the prequels. Its a bandwagon. Its hard to believe everyone who saw lets say episode 3 in theatres or at all, would just suddenly think this way like the prequel haters. More they are fed up with the same arguments, the more they believe it. Thats standard and logical.
