Yoshi's Woolly World or Kirby's Epic Yarn?

I've played Yoshi a bit at a shop and it seemed to be better than Kirby.

In Kirby's Epic Yarn running activates by double tapping left or right on the D-pad, which I don't like in a 2D platformer because sometimes it triggers accidentally when I'm making corrections if I'm not careful.
