There's no advertising for Nintendo stuff whatsoever in Norway. Only thing I've seen this year is a Splatoon ad before a movie in the cinema + they also had splatoon stands in various cinemas.
I've never met anyone that has spoken about WiiU or 3DS, feels like most people don't really know it exists.
