Just remember, Microsoft paid 50 million back in the days for timed exclusive GTA4 DLC, which covered pretty much the whole development costs. They have deep enough pockets. I can imagine Microsoft to expect more out of this, but that's just silly. Especially with how they handled PR. |
Tanking a franchise like this to get the game funded doesn't seem smart. What you want is for a franchise to get more and more sales
