Well, I don't think anyone really expected much more. Square Enix most probably got the whole production financed by Microsoft, if not more, so they ought to be good. Just remember, Microsoft paid 50 million back in the days for timed exclusive GTA4 DLC, which covered pretty much the whole development costs. They have deep enough pockets. I can imagine Microsoft to expect more out of this, but that's just silly. Especially with how they handled PR.
