For Pikmin 4 they already have almost everything in Pikmin 3 that can be reused, basically they need just to make new levels, few new enemies and bosses and one or tho new mehanics. We had DLC with new levels for Pikmin 3 only few months after Pikmin 3 launch. Saying all that I think they could make Pikmin 4 for Wii U in around one year, Miyamotoo said that game is near finished around E3 that means that they probably start working on game somwere in second half of 2014.

No we wouldn't see if it's not game for beginning of 2016, Wii U have pretty big number of games for first half of 2016. for now. Also Miyamoto said around E3 that game is almost complete but Nintendo didnt wanted to showed it on E3, because they said they showing only games that are coming in next 6-9 months.
