I agree with what you are saying regarding the double standards.  The contradictions greatly reduce the value of their causes. They'd greatly help themselves if they didn't fan their own flames.

That said, it's easy to tell people to stop being easily offended when you don't go through life forced on the defensive.  Try living in their shoes and you'll learn they have a valid source of frustration and agnst.  How they mobilize and fight those frustrations is often hit or miss. 

difference is that they seem to act as though receiving discrimination is a "special" thing.

 

They say things such as, "Only X group of people can be prone to racism, sexism, etc etc". yet in reality, we all feel pain. It's just that for some reason they think they're so special to go against their word.

 

Saying that...I already did live in their shoes, and I was a feminist for quite a bit. However, I realized the BS propaganda they taught, so i ditched feminism.
